How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at pfactoryfakefood@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes, we do offer wholesale. Please feel free to contact us for more information.

Do you accept custom orders?

We currently accept custom orders only for special labeling, such as regional tags or plaques for promotional use. Please note that we do not create entirely new items or products that are not already listed in our shop.

Do you ship internationally?

Sorry, we currently do not offer international shipping.
